Aviation Greenwashing ruling: German airline, Eurowings, has been prohibited from advertising flights as “CO2 neutral” through carbon offsetting, by Cologne Regional Court Eurowings found to have misled customers with its greenwashing claims, the court ruled. Forest carbon offsetting projects are unsuitable for CO2 compensation from aviation.
